How do you compute shipping and handling?
Shipping and handling charges are based on total price of your order. We ship via UPS for domestic orders and the USPS for Canadian orders. Please note: We do not ship internationally.
What should I expect as far as delivery time?
Please allow 4-10 business days for delivery of in stock items in the continental U.S. and 4-15 days for items in stock at our suppliers’ warehouse. If you need something faster, please contact us for expedited shipping times and charges. Backordered items will depend on supply by our vendors, but typically allow 2-6 weeks. We will advise you when the items become available. Allow additional time for shipments to Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii.
Do you allow returns and exchanges?
Yes. All returns must be postmarked no later than 30 days for accessories and 15 days for original Honda parts from the original customer shipment date. Returns and exchanges must be in new condition and must include all instructions and original packaging material. Customer pays all return shipping charges. Include a copy of your packing list with all returns.
Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Returns must be preauthorized by us and are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee for accessories and 20% for original Honda parts. These amounts will be deducted from the original amount billed and the remaining balance will be credited to the original credit card.
Incorrect Item: If you received an incorrect item no extra charges will be incurred. We will replace incorrect items and pay the additional shipping charge.
Incorrect Size: No charge for exchange. We will exchange customer orders that do not fit, if the customer requests the same item in a different size. Customer pays all shipping charges.
Customer Order Error: Incorrect customer orders can be exchanged for any other item without paying the restocking charge. However, the customer will pay the additional shipping and handling charge. The replacement item must be at least 75% of the value of the original item.
Return Shipping Instructions: Return via prepaid UPS or US mail. Insure shipment for full value of purchase. Use original packaging. We are not responsible for packages lost during return shipping.
Damaged merchandise: Contact UPS or Parcel Post immediately.
Defective Merchandise: Many products carry manufacturer’s direct warranties. Contact the manufacturer directly for fastest service.
Return/Exchange Instructions: Contact us for a RA# before sending items back. Packages without a RA# clearly visible will be refused. Enclose a copy of your packing list or e-mail invoice along with detailed return/exchange instructions and put RA# on outside of package.

Will there be sales tax on my order?
Sales tax is charged for NJ state orders as required by law.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Credit card purchases are verified for your protection. We also accept Freehold Honda Triumph gift cards, cashier's checks, personal checks, postal or bank money orders and Paypal. Gift cards, personal checks and money orders are subject to verification which may take several days or longer.
How do you handle backordered items?
If an item is backordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Shipments scheduled more than 30 days after the order date: We will notify you via email and give you a cancellation option. Filling backorders: Backorders will be filled before new orders when the backordered items become available.
Why are the prices on your site different from those in your store?
Our stores are staffed with a wide variety of product specialists and support staff, each of whom make an effort to be responsive and pleasant to deal with. We're also able to provide a customer with any item from our inventory to inspect and test. The cost of this customer service is an increased overhead for our in-store prices, to pay for the store space, the training of our employees, and other considerations not present online. We're happy to offer reduced prices online and hope that you will be satisfied with your purchase no matter where you decide to buy.
